Message and Commitment from the Producer	Senshu is renowned as the birthplace of Japanese onion cultivation. As times are changing, many other vegetables have joined onions in being cultivated here in Senshu. Particularly well-known vegetables are onions, mizunasu eggplants, cabbages, mitsuba (Japanese parsley), and shungiku crown daisy, which can all be said to be the symbols of Senshu. There are local farmers who grow many vegetables among these Senshu favorites and JA Osaka Senshu provides management support to these farmers, helping deliver safe and delicious products.
