Message and Commitment from the Producer	I quit my job as a scriptwriter for TV and radio, then changed my career to farming. After taking training in Hokkaido and Yamanashi, I moved to Osaka. I worked as a trainee at "Harada Farm" in Nose, and I have been growing vegetables using the "organic farming" that I learned. For fertilizer, we use fermented chicken manure, no chemical fertilizers are used. By creating an environment that allows vegetables to grow slowly and in harmony with nature, we are able to produce delicious vegetables with a distinct flavor of their own. We started the "Nose Suku" service in order to spread such safe and fresh organic vegetables for people to enjoy. Twice a month, farmers directly deliver seasonal vegetables to farm stands and stores, and we received the top prize as a business plan that contributes to innovation in Osaka agriculture at the "4th Osaka No-1 Grand Prix" hosted by Osaka Prefecture. We hope to continue to grow delicious organic vegetables and contribute to the local community through "Nose Suku".
