| Product Description | Zucchini grows very fast once it starts to flower, sometimes it grows more than 5 cm in the daytime. Given this characteristic, Narita Farm harvests zucchini twice a day, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. Cultivating and harvesting zucchini while keeping an eye on their size reduces the stress on the zucchini which allows them to grow evenly without any nutritional imbalance. Although zucchini is often sliced into round slices, it is best to slice it lengthwise to enjoy its unique crunchy texture. |
