| Message and Commitment from the Producer | We have learned fundamental techniques at the "*Strawberry Academy", then we are focusing on a cultivation approach centered on symbiosis with soil microorganisms, navigating ongoing trial and error. This symbiotic relationship allows crops to thrive without fertilizers or water, yet boasts juiciness and vibrancy. The strawberries from our farm are enhanced resilience against spoilage due to the extremely low nitrate content. We invite you to experience their unique flavor. In March 2022, we received the "Pesticide-Free and Chemical Fertilizer-Free Certification" from Osaka Eco-Farming Products. *A part of the "Minami-Kawachi Strawberry Paradise Project", a joint project to connect producers and the local governments of Osaka Prefecture, Konan Town, Chihaya-Akasaka Village, and JA Osaka Minami. |
