Seeking crops well-suited to the limited land available in Osaka, I discovered the "Carolina Reaper" chili pepper. I procured seeds directly from the American farmers who pioneered this variety and initiated cultivation. Presently, I'm also engaged in seed harvesting. Chili peppers are known to be susceptible to cross-pollination more than other crops, so we prioritize quality enhancement through meticulous management practices on our farm. |
