| Message and Commitment from the Producer | Located in Izumi City, renowned for its long history of mandarin orange production, our farm specializes in citrus fruits, a tradition passed down through generations since the Edo period(1603-1868). We take great pride in our diverse selection of citrus offerings, including mandarins. We used to do conventional farming, however, following the Great East Japan Earthquake, we felt compelled to reassess our farming practices. We realized the critical importance of minimizing our environmental footprint and ensuring food safety and security. As a result, we've transitioned to cover crop methods without relying on herbicides. Our ultimate goal is to provide both delicious fruits and peace of mind to all our customers. |
