While we draw inspiration from traditional Japanese vegetables like Mitsuba (Japanese parsley) and Kikuna crown daisy inherited from our parents, we also cultivate a diverse range of European vegetables such as Radicchio and Castelfranco. Embracing new challenges, we experiment with different varieties based on requests from chefs or family members seeking novel experiences.
