| Message and Commitment from the Producer | In 2013, we embarked on a new venture by establishing a grape vineyard in Nose Town. The inspiration for venturing into grape cultivation stemmed from an encounter with grapes nearly 20 years ago during my involvement in village revitalization efforts in Kyoto. Over the following decade, I immersed myself in learning grape cultivation techniques across Japan, culminating in the establishment of the "Amanohashidate Grapes" brand in Kyoto, which I have since passed on. Our mission is simple: to produce grapes that bring smiles with every bite. Beyond grape cultivation, we are committed to community revitalization, actively promoting the allure of Nose Town through initiatives like collaborating with local farmers on innovative product development. As part of our dedication to reducing food waste, we also produce dried fruits using non-standardized products. |
