Our cultivated varieties include "Beni Hoppe," known for its balanced acidity and firm sweetness, "Hoshi Urara," boasting low acidity and a rich flavor, and "Kaorino," with a similarly gentle taste and low acidity. Environmental control machinery automates temperature, humidity, and water levels, while deliberately lowering nighttime temperatures to control the growth and to help the strawberries accumulate sugars effectively. To ensure our customers enjoy them at their best, we harvest on the morning of shipment day. |
