| Message and Commitment from the Producer | I’m the owner of the shop and the fifth generation of our long-standing farming family. After working as a business person, I transitioned to farming at the age of 25. Currently, I cultivate Edamame (green soybeans), Waka Gobo (Burdock Roots), and Shungiku Crown Daisy with my son. My priority is cultivating safe and secure vegetables as a given. With this and many years of experience/research as my foundation, I use mainly organic fertilizers and I focus on mixing soils with a well-balanced mixture of animal and plant compost. We harvest vegetables at their peak flavor, preserve them under optimal conditions, and strive to deliver them on the same day for maximum freshness.
