Product Description Hirakata Doppo Farm's savoy spinach, which grows in the open air in the mountains at a temperature four degrees lower than that of Osaka City, has a surprisingly strong sweetness that is very appealing. The secret of this sweetness is soil preparation based on the BLOF theory that draws out the vegetables' own abilities, as well as the selection of planting time and fields in anticipation of growth conditions. The savoy spinach is firmly rooted, rich in minerals, and exposed to severe cold, resulting in a thicker, richer, sweeter taste. To enjoy the texture, it is recommended to heat it quickly. This dish can be enjoyed with different tastes depending on how it is used, such as in a hot pot with pork, as an accompaniment to curry, or as an ingredient in pasta and other dishes.
