Product Description Rabbit Farm’s pickled shallots are remarkably fresh, as they are produced through an in-house process covering from cultivation and harvesting to pickling. Just 2–3 hours after harvest, buds begin to sprout, which can lower the quality. However, with their fully integrated production system, Rabbit Farm is able to pickle the shallots immediately after harvesting. The pickling liquid includes carefully selected ingredients such as rice vinegar, beet sugar, and brown sugar. With a mildly sweet flavor, they are easy to enjoy even for those who are not fond of pickled shallots. *Only available while supplies last.
